Juncker’s Industries

The young and forward-looking Flemming Juncker established in 1930 that it was necessary to find new areas to utilize the wood which was previously used as firewood. He, therefore, cut 40.000 beech wood blanks for the Danish Railways and this became the beginning of Juncker’s Industries. The company is today the biggest in the wood industry in Denmark and one of Europe’s leading in the solid floor-wood business. The company is represented in more than 30 countries and is renowned for their expertise in wooden floors and the wood industry in general.

Junckers Industries and the Gallery
To produce products of the best quality is Juncker’s primarily goal. It is, therefore, with great pleasure that the Gallery is now working in collaboration with the company. Juncker’s Industries has delivered the wooden material for the Gallery’s info-room. The info-room was launched in connection with the opening of the Gallery’s modern collections.
