Over the course of many years, the Danish Research Foundation has been a consistent contributor to the National Gallery of Denmark. Thanks to the Danish Research Foundation, the Gallery has been able to offer the public sensational performances on the Stage nearly every Sunday.

An alternative mouthpiece for art
The Stage is the Gallery’s alternative mouthpiece for art and provides an art space for live media, where music an activity generate a pulse in the Gallery space. This is where art reaches new heights and alternative forms of expression, which invite and attract a broader array of visitors.
The Danish Research Fund has also made several contributions for the publication of a series of books and catalogues in conjunction with special exhibitions at the National Gallery of Denmark.
