Nordjyllands Kunstmuseum

Ingvar Cronhammar is no less than a giant on the Danish art scene. He has enjoyed a long and productive career and his works can be seen both in public spaces and in museums throughout the country.

Three major works
Nordjyllands Kunstmuseum chose to focus on the two major works "Ballroom" and "Title", the latter executed in collaboration with Peter Laugesen and Christian Lemmerz. These are works that are only seldom exhibited, but certainly deserved to be seen again since they first saw the light of day in 1998 and 2001 respectively. In addition the recent acquisition from 2004 "Lucia is even" was exhibited for the first time ever in Jutland.
