When booking guided tours and sessions, please include the following information:
- Date and time for the tour/session
- Number of participants. Please note: A maximum of 28 participants are allowed
- Your thoughts on the subjects you would like to see addressed
- Full contact details, including an address

If you become delayed or need to cancel, please notify our Booking department:

During your visit with children and young adults
- classroom sessions must always be booked at least 1 week in advance
- notify the booking department when you plan to arrive as a group
- access to the Gallery’s collection and exhibitions is free
- the Gallery is happy to send you teaching materials for your class–FREE
- the Gallery is closed on Mondays
During your visit with children and young adults
- you will need coins (DKK 10) as deposits to operate wardrobe lockers
- bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper and beverages are not allowed in the exhibition areas
- photographing and filming for personal use is allowed inside the Gallery; however, no flash photography, lamps, and tripods are allowed
- pupils and students may not roam the Gallery unsupervised
- you can eat your packed lunch in the Children’s Lunchroom in the wardrobe area
For babies and toddlers
- nappy changing facilities are available in the toilets
- prams and pushchairs must be parked outside the Gallery. Pushchairs for indoor use can be borrowed from the information desk free of charge
- locks and protective covers for your pram/pushchair can be borrowed from the information desk
Cancellations
Guided tours and sessions for private groups can be cancelled without incurring any charge no later than one week prior to the planned date.
Cancellations 3-6 days prior to the planned date will incur a charge corresponding to 50% of the total price of the event.
Cancellations 1-2 days prior to the planned date will incur a charge corresponding to the full price of the event.
