A beautiful setting is the true secret to staging a successful event

The National Gallery of Denmark offers beautiful architecture and a stylish setting right in the heart of Copenhagen.

The Gallery is excellently suited for major events such as anniversaries, award ceremonies, receptions, formal dinners, company parties, and any official event that requires spacious, inspiring settings.

The Gallery can accommodate 1,000 people (standing up) for a reception in the Sculpture Street and on the Stage, or 500 seated guests for dinner in th Sculpture Street and 200 seated guests for dinner on the Stage. The Stage also allows you to party and dance to live music until 2.00 am.

Make art part of your event
The National Gallery of Denmark has ample floor space under its soaring high ceilings. The building is a work of art in its own right, but of course the Gallery is also home to thousands of works of art that make a significant contribution to the overall experience. The Sculpture Street always boasts an exhibition by a featured artist.

Canapés, drinks, or a four-course formal meal?
Of course, cuisine plays a major part to events at the National Gallery of Denmark. We co-operate with two of the best restaurants and caterers in Denmark. They are deft hands at the art of preparing a sumptuous four-course meal followed by an open bar for 500 guests. The quality of the food is matched only by the speed of the service!

A spotlight event
In terms of event technology, we co-operate with some of Denmark’s top professionals within sound and lighting. They will help create the right atmosphere and impact for your event. They can also create spectacular façade lighting, create sparkling effects, or add extra oomph to your entertainment.
