#HACK4DK 2014 is an event for artists, designers, journalists, people interested in history, art and culture, software developers, data-crunchers, writers, interaction designers, open data supporters, students, teachers, boys and girls!
Hack your heritage!
In late September, we invite you once again to take part in hacking data from the Danish and global cultural heritage.
Kick off is at the National Gallery of Art where you will hear exciting and inspiring ignite talks. Then we hit the the Danish cultural heritage, artworks and other artifacts of historic interest, open data, all found in our archives, libraries and museums.
We have exciting locations, exhibitions, research and knowledgeproviders and we host a major part of Denmark’s cultural treasures!
You have great ideas, new perspectives, a critical eye and a desire to experiment and build new stuff together with others sharing the same urge to create new things – in addition to obvious practical skills, like any good group of hackers would need.
Price and participation
Participation is free, we are open all night and provide prima meals along the way and a good celebration afterwards!
Tickets are available on Eventbrite
Starting Friday, September 26th, 15.00 (Ignite)
Ending Sunday, September 28th. 17.00
