Draw! Get creative in the Drawing Studio
Right in the middle of the exhibition area you will find the drawing studio, where you can try your own hand at drawing flowers. You can also see how 17th and 18th century flower artists worked, allowing you to learn from their methods.
Fresh flowers, drawing tools, and paper are ready for you in the drawing studio. Just like the 17th and 18th century artists featured in the exhibition you will have the opportunity to study the flowers in real life before committing your own interpretation to paper.
Unleash your imagination
In the drawing studio you can simply work from your own imagination – or use idea sheets that offer suggestions on e.g. shading and drawing from memory.
You are welcome to take your drawings home – or you can insert them in the new flower albums located in the room.
