Add some ballet to your Wednesday

Watch as the realms of art and ballet meet and merge. This autumn we invite visitors to enjoy brief ballet performances created in co-operation with the Royal Danish Ballet.

This autumn a group of ballet dancers from the Royal Danish Ballet will take their art to SMK. Surrounded by visual arts, they will dance a range of new ballet performances inspired by works from the museum’s exhibitions and by selected periods from art history.

Each of these brief ballet performances can be viewed on the first Wednesday of every month ( 4 October, 1 November and 6 December) .

Practical details
The ballet performances are free once you have paid the standard admission fee to the museum (or have an SMK Annual Pass). No advance booking required. The ballet performances are part of the SMK Wednesday programme and is supported by Bikubenfonden.
