Depanneur at the SMK

Enjoy your art break over a cup of coffee or a bite to eat.

A proper museum visit should involve at least one break for coffee – and perhaps even a light lunch if you get peckish around noon. Kødbyens Mad og Marked, which also supplies the street food sold at our SMK Fridays events, is leasing the café at the SMK in collaboration with Depanneur and The Average Food Company.

The café offers a wide selection of hot and cold beverages, lunch dishes, delicious chocolate coated marshmallows and their very own coffee brand (Barkas kaffe)

Even if you don’t have time to visit the exhibitions, but simply crave a cup of coffee or a simple lunch, you are most welcome to visit the café – no admission fee required.

Please note that larger bags of a size of more than 30x30x30 cm are not allowed in the café area due to the direct access to the exhibitions. Therefore we kindly advise you to use our free wardrobe.
