Eat flowers in the Café
The Head Chef at SMK has drawn inspiration from the flower paintings in the exhibition Flowers and World Views and added new dishes with floral touches to the Café menu.

Desserts made with flowers are served every Wednesday afternoon from 1.30 pm. - 5.30 pm. in the period 27 March till 16 October 2013.

Spring: pansies
Brandade of lightly smoked lumpfish with granulated pansies, and carrot ribbons.

Summer: nigella
White fish from the North Sea with Danish summer herbs, nigella seeds, and Danish-style smoked fresh cheese.
Autumn: sunflower
Salad of Skagen ham, sunflower petals, sun-ripened tomatoes, and wholegrain wheat.
